There are three separate boards that govern and influence what happens at the Mankato Moose
Family Center and the activities of these two fraternal orders: Men's Loyal Order
of Moose Lodge #1414 (LOOM); and Women of the Moose Chapter #606 (WOTM).
Meetings of these three boards, and separate meetings of the general membership, are
listed below:

- Joint Management Board and the Combined Men's & Women's General Membership
- Joint Management Board Meeting - 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. 6 PM on 2nd Tuesday; 7 PM on 4th Tuesday.
- Combined Men's and Women's General Membership Meeting - 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 8:15 PM.
- Men's LOOM Lodge #1414 Board of Officers and Men's Lodge #1414 Membership
- LOOM Board of Officers - 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month @ 7 PM.
- LOOM Membership - 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 8:15 PM.
- Women of the Moose Chapter #606 Board of Officers and Chapter #606 Membership
- Chapter Board of Officers - Every 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 6:30 PM.
- General Chapter Membership Meeting - 1st Wednesday of every month @ 7 PM for what is considered a "Chapter Night".
- General Chapter Membership Meeting - 3rd Wednesday of every month @ 7 PM for what is considered the "Business Meeting".
